We collect essential information required to deliver telecom services: account details (name, email address), and Call Detail Records (CDRs) which include dialed numbers, timestamps, call durations, and carrier routing codes.

2. Audio Stream Privacy

We never record, eavesdrop, or inspect the audio contents of your voice calls. Audio streams are encrypted in-transit via standard WebRTC encryption protocols (SRTP/DTLS).

3. GDPR & International Privacy Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users located in the EEA and globally possess the right to access, rectify, export, or delete their personal records. You can exercise these rights directly within your account settings or by contacting privacy@globivo.app.
